Acting is physical. But each one of us has our own limitations physically. Please be mindful of what your body can do. With any of the exercises if it hurts stop. No pain, no pain. :) Instead we are looking to practice awareness and listening to our bodies. Think of the playfulness that babies have with learning about their bodies and see if you can find that same curiosity and playfulness now.
